Accommodation

Hotel accommodation with breakfast is available in two options.

Option 1: 45 € per person per night in double occupancy in a room.

Option 2: 75 € per person per night for single occupancy in a room.

The hotel is a 4 star hotel with good amenities. Rooms are comfortable.

Feeding

Feeding is free for all participants who registered and lodged at the hotel.

Buffet for breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Lunch and dinner will be handled by professional caterer and will be served to ONLY registered participants who lodged at the hotel.

Travel Information

Arriving/Departing airport is: Madrid International Airport (MAD). Kindly send your itinerary ahead of your trip if you will like to be picked up at the airport at a token fee. We can not confirm the free hotel shuttle bus yet as it is not in operation since the pandemic.

Hotel Avant is situated at Avenida. de las Estaciones, 20 Pol. Ind. Las Monjas, 28850 Torrejón de Ardoz Madrid Spain. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes from Madrid International Airport.

DO YOU NEED A VISA TO TRAVEL TO SPAIN? 

VISA INFORMATION

Visa advice and support will be given if you need one to travel to Spain. You will need to fill a quick visa support qualification form to see if you are qualified to apply for a visa with the message "VISA INFORMATION NEEDED"
Visa application support will be provided at a token fee. This is different from the visa fee required in your country of residence. This is just for guidance on our part. We can not guarantee an issuance of a visa but we trust God for favour.
